About DWS
The Winter 2012 Daytime Warming Shelter (DWS), a season-only program of Porchlight, Inc., provides daily access to rest, personal storage, support networks and professional referrals for adults and families coping with homelessness in our community. Professional referrals include, but are not limited to: assistance in maintaining housing, obtaining medical and wellness appointments, finding employment/income, and regaining identification. Support groups and educational workshops will be available, and all are welcome to join the advisory council.
