To The People Who Will Eventually Fund The Permanent Day Resource Center

The permanent Day Resource Center is a place of business…seriously, it has to be. The serious part of ending homelessness should or could be in the name of this building. “The Resource Center For The Homeless.” The name will say it all. The move, stipulating, “for the homeless,” will will let all the people know that come there, that it is not a hang-out.

This statement needs not only to be said, but understood from day one… let there be no misunderstanding that no homeless person will be pressured or forced to do anything during a certain timeframe. Not everyone is immediately mentally capable of jumping up, getting on with your life. If they need time and/or spiritual inspiration, it will be here at this Daytime Warming Center, waiting for them.
